A range of community improvement efforts focusing on Orange Counties housing needs.
Healthy Homes
Helping residents reduce energy costs and improve the safety of their homes through the Weatherization Assistance Program. Including possible repair, modification or replacements of home elements.
Orange County Fuel Fund
Part of RECAP’s Energy Initiatives Program, the Orange County Fuel Fund provides payments to home heating providers to help families overcome short-term financial hardships.
Head Start
Comprehensive early learning for children age 3-5 in Middletown, Scotchtown and Port Jervis.
Community Safety and Engagement
Providing community reintegration programming and services for those recently released from incarceration as well as anti-gun violence programming.
Support Services and Housing
Providing permanent supportive housing, case management and advocacy services, addressing the social determinants of health, for those in need of services.
